	WRITING SPECS If you are in the process of writing a bid specification for TVSS application, we can help. Specs need to be sufficiently detailed to insure that the products quoted are equal in terms of performance. Failure to provide sufficient details, opens the bidding process up to submission of prdoucts that may not meet your performance expectations. We believe the purpose of a spec should be to define a standard for performance thats meets your expectations, not ours. Our specs contain choices that you make to insure a level of performance that is appropriate for your application and budget.
