	HYBRID TECHNOLOGY CHOICES Best Quality Power, Inc. manufactures Best Quality Power, Inc. Series 519, a line of Hybrid Harmonic Cancellation and Transient Voltage Surge Suppression devices (TVSS), and a broad line of TVSS devices which are primarily intended for use in industrial and commercial applications. Our FC Series products incorporate our discrete Hybrid Threshold Clamping (H.T.C. ™) circuits. Our ST Series products feature Sinewave Phase Angle Tracking (S.P.A.T. ™) technology. The S.P.A.T. technology in ST Series units encompasses additional discreet circuits optimized to attenuate ring wave transient voltage created by equipment switching. Our S.P.A.T. technology is years ahead of any other device on the market today. Our CF Series product family features Component Level Bubble Encapsulation with component level fusing for optimal safety and performance in a hybrid design combined with S.P.A.T. and H.T.C. circuits. Each of our product families incorporate our field proven, proprietary, electro chemical encapsulant that dissipates large amounts of surge energy internally through our special energy transformation process. The advantage is that Best Quality Power, Inc. products do not degrade or deteriorate after handling years of transient activity. In addition, we manufacture the Series 519 line. Series 519 is our group of 3 product families designed to attenuate harmonic distortion and voltage surges. Series 519-RxHR is designed to protect point of use industrial applications from harmonic distortion and voltage transients. Series 519-EHGTP features pre-engineered panelboards (i.e circuit breaker panels), with our hybrid filters to reduce harmonic distortion and TVSS module. Series 519-IPH line conditioner transformers feature our hybrid harmonic distortion filter and TVSS module.
	WHAT TECHNOLOGY IS USED IN YOUR SYSTEMS? All of our products designs begin with a TVSS foundation, based on a series of staged electronics, which are linked actively and encapsulated in our special chemical compound. This arrangement for electronic components is known as a Hybrid Threshold Clamping Network. The chemical compound acts like a super heat sink absorbing / dissipating most of the surge energy internally as heat. Since the surge energy (heat) absorption is done within the chemical compound and not by the electronics, there is no breakdown or deterioration of any of the active components. Best Quality Power, Inc. devices have a number of outstanding qualities. Here are just a few, that are independent of voltage rating: 1. Withstands numerous repetitive surges without degradation or breakdown. 2. A response and recovery time of less than 1 nanosecond. 3. Tight nominal clamping levels, 4. Low internal capacitance For applications with sensitive electronics, the modular design of our TVSS foundation can be augmented by adding our S.P.A.T. module. S.P.A..T. is an acronym for Sinewave Phase Angle Tracking. Adding the S.P.A.T. module results in unparalleled Ringwave suppression performance. Some competitors are currently claiming to track the sinewave. They are taking liberties with their claim due to the fact that no standards exist to define what Sinewave Tracking means. Our role an industry leader means that our performance surpasses all known standards. Our S.P.A.T. circuit insures that regardless of phase angle that a ring wave transient spike is applied at; that our let-thru voltage is nearly identical.
	WHAT ABOUT PRODUCT PERFORMANCE? Documented tests of Best Quality Power, Inc. devices have been performed by numerous entities not the least of which is Underwriters Laboratories. Best Quality Power, Inc. devices are UL1449 and CUL Listed as Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors. They are field proven and are used by many large companies as well as the United States Air Force, United States Navy, and United States Army. All attest to its superior quality and performance characteristics.
	WHAT ABOUT LIGHTNING PROTECTION? We have experienced numerous direct lightning hits on Best Quality Power, Inc. TVSS products. To date we have no documented failures of equipment downstream of the protector after a direct lightning strike. The Best Quality Power, Inc. device has an uncanny ability to sacrifice itself, to insure protection of all equipment downstream.
